Move Entourage to new Mac

I've searched for this and I'm sure its here but I can't find it.

I'd like to move all the data (including accounts, mail messages) from
Entourage 2004 on my Powerbook to my new Mac Pro, is there a way to
move a few files to accomplish this?

First, install the application using the normal installer.

Next, move the /Users/you/Documents/Microsoft User Data/ folder to the
new machine.

What if I installed and setup some accounts on the Mac Pro and got the
mail but now want to revert to the data on the Powerbook. I delete
the folder on the Mac Pro and to prepare to replace it but it appears
to auto-restore itself.

On startup Entourage automatically creates the Microsoft User Data
folder if it doesn't exist. So you'll have to quit Entourage first,
then replace the folder.
