Move from POP Entourage to Outlook/Exchange?

Any knowledge out there on how to import Entourage message file to
..pst? Converting POP configured client to Exchange environment and
would like to keep his old mail handy. I'm just beginning my search,
so sorry if I've missed any long discussions.
