Move Hotmail Contacts to Outlook 2003

Good Morning,

I would like to move my Contacts List (including the
phone numbers, addresses, e-mail addresses, etc.) from my
Hotmail Contacts list to my new Outlook 2003 Contacts
List. How can I accomplish this?
