Movie freezes but sound continues

I have installed movie clips into my npresentation using PowerPoint 2003
running on a Inspiron 9200. The Movie does not run but the audio plays, I
have now installed PFCMedia but the problem continues

Try placing the presentation and the video clips in a folder directly under
the C: drive.

Thanks for responding Austin, I've done this but the problem is still there,
sometimes the movie plays other times it doesnot.

I'd say try the usual suspects. Make certain you have an uptodate video
driver, and reduce video hardware acceleration.
