If you are wanting to show a still frame *FROM* the middle of a movie, then
the easiest option would be to "grab" that still frame. Then paste the image
into powerpoint.
1) view the movie using your favorite movie viewer
2) press pause on the frame you want to grab
3) press the print screen (prtscr) key on your keyboard
4) Paste the image into powerpoint, crop as you like it (or paste into
graphics app, then crop, save, then powerpoint, insert picture from file)
