moving all data from one column to next through out worksheet

I wrote a progrm that keeps track of physical inventory
within a store, but i want to be able to move all the
info from the "current" to the "previous" column. I don't
want to cut and paste. I previously had quatro, and i was
able to do it using ctrl+shift+a
