Moving all emails in Entourage to new user. HELP!!!!

How do you move all emails from one user to another???

Users > TheUserAccount > Documents > Microsoft User Data > Office 2004
Identities > Main Identity (or whichever ID you want to move)

When I try to move it, it says the data base is in use?? any
thoughts???

You could make a copy (Option-drag). To actually move the folder, you need
to quit all Microsoft Office applications and also quit a program called the
Microsoft Database Daemon. To quit the Daemon, launch Activity
Monitor/Process Viewer depending on your OS version (both are located in
/Applications/Utilities/), find the "Database Daemon" in the list, and then
quit the process.
