moving contacts from excel or pdf to outlook

Is there any way to save contacts from a excell spreadsheet to Outlook or
from a Pdf file or move contacts from outlook to excell to send them.

You can import from Excel to Outlook, either using an xls or CSV file. A
PDF will need to be converted to a format outlook can import.
