Moving Contacts From Office 2003 (Win) to Office 2004 (Mac)

You would think this is obvious, right? Export in some proprietary MS
format on Windows and import it on Mac... Not so, or not so in any
way obvious to me.

I have 800+ contacts on my windows laptop in Outlook 2003, and a few
days to move them to my mac. Does anyone have a quick way of that?

Thanks!!

Use the Send as vCard option in Windows Outlook. Or Paul can jump in and
pitch his Import/Export scripts...

pitch his Import/Export scripts...

A link to <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/cross_platform/win_mac.html> would
give both options.

You can get "Export-Import Entourage X" at

MacScripter.net <http://macscripter.net/scriptbuilders/>

It will export contacts, calendar, tasks, notes with all fields intact,
including categories (you will get neither with the vCard method).
