moving email,calender to another mac

Can someone tell me how can i move or back all my email
and move it to my new mac. I just bought a new harddrive
and went to backup all my email and move it to the new one.

If you want to backup all Entourage data (Mail, Address Book, Calendar,
Notes, Tasks, Custom Views), the easiest way to do so is to copy the
Microsoft User Data folder. Location for your version can be found here:

Copy it to the appropriate location on your new machine, and you should see
your data when you launch Entourage. If you don't probably need to switch
identities.

You have to love MS for this one:
On your old drive; go to user/"you"/documents/ (easier by column
view), and copy/burn the folder titled "Microsoft User Data". All of
your emails address info and account info (for you) has been backed
up/copied.

After you have installed Office X on the new drive:
I suggest starting up entourage once before the next step, and do not
set up an account, and closing it ( I could be wrong on this but it
worked for me).
Now return the "Microsoft user data" folder that you copy/burned to
your "user/"you"/documents/" folder say yes to replace.
Start up entourage and your emails and address information should be
availabe.
