moving email from server to desktop

I am using entourage to connect to my exchange server.
all of my messages are stored on the server and i am constantly
going over my space quota. i want an apple script to automatically move
all emails over 7 days old from the server to my desktop.

does anyone know of this script, or how to do this with the schedules?
