Hi all,

Just wondering if there is a way in entourage 2008 to move a specific view to the top of the folder list.

I use a view to consolidate all my email accounts into one view, buy always have to scan down the folder list to find the view. I would much prefer to have it at the top since it's the main way I interact with my mail.

Thanks,

R

Is this a custom view? In Entourage 2008 you can drag a folder or view to
the Favorites Bar for easy access. Be sure to check out other changes listed
on the link.

Hi Diane, thanks for the reply.

Yes, I am already doing that. But, it would be best if it can be moved in the sort order. I have tons of email addresses. When I'm moving emails from the inbox to an archive it's easiest to flick the track wheel to the top to find the common views to go back to. It's just a user experience thing that makes it easier to use.

How often are you archiving? For POP I do this annually. Many Exchange users
archive their Exchange messages to folders "On My Computer" and use this
script.

AutoArchive Exchange Account to "On My Computer"

Move all e-mail older than 60 days from your Exchange account folders to
archive folders within the "On My Computer" folder tree.
