Moving Emails between IMap Accounts ver 11 good ver 10 bad

I have a setup has follows
Windows 2000 server using VPOP3 to collect emails from an ISP pop3
account.
VPOP3 is setup locally as a IMAP.
4 Apple Macs and 2 Window XP's connected to the server.
5 users receive emails on the clients and one project account stored on the
server.
Microsoft outlook 2003 and Entourage ver 11 ( on one Apple) are the only
machines which can movie emails from the inboxes to the correct job
folders on the project account on the server.
the other 3 apples using Entourage ver 10 sr1 cannot move emails between
different imap accounts.

Is this a problem with Ver 10, and should I upgrade, or is there another
configuration setting. I beleive the settings are okay as the ver 11 and
outlooks both work okay.

There were limitations in automating message moves between server in vX and
before, but it should work manually - you may have to do a copy, then delete
the originals.
