Moving emails in folder to desktop

To clear my folders , I¹d like to move my old emails out of Entourage, but
I¹m not sure how to .

Just drag them to a folder in the finder ­ they'll form .eml files that can
always be opened with a double-click again. You can then delete the
original.

Note, on some system versions, trying to drag more than 200 items at a time
will miss some, so don't attempt to drag more than that many.
