Moving Entourage 2001 to Entourage x

I want to move my Entourage folders etc. from my iMac G3 running
Entourage 2001 to my G4 which is running Entourage X. Where can I
locate the source folders on my iMac (I believe they're in
"Documents") and how do I bring them into Entourage X on my G4?
The inport function doesn't seem to be too helpful.

You should be able to use the import facility in Entourage X across

connected computers. However, I should say that I am currently trying to
do the same for Entourage 2004 from Entourage X, and it will not do it,
throwing up error messages (-54) and( 2).

You can try copying the identity across, which you will find in Documents/
Microsoft User Data/Office Identity/Main Identity. This contains the
database for the programme. It doesn't work for me, but you may be
succesful.

I would try copying over your Microsoft User Data folder (Documents folder)
to the Documeents folder of your new computer. Then install Office X, and it
should ask if you want to import your Entourage 2001 Identities.
