moving Entourage contacts to a new Mac

Tomorrow I'm getting a PowerBook and have Office 2004 ready to install.

This is the same version I'm using on my office Mac. How can I best
move my contacts for Entourage from one Mac to another?

I had tried that in the past with Office X from my office Mac to my
home desktop Mac and got duplicates of all contacts. :-(

I'm on Mac OS 10.3.9, but have Tiger ready to install soon.

Hi Dennis,
you could select all your contacts and then drag them to your desktop.
Entourage will then export them as vCard files, which, once you've
transferred them to your Powerbook, you could then simply drag back into
Entourage. Or you could export your contacts as a text-delimited file, which
you could then import by using File>Import. Or you could export them as an
archive, again by using File>Export, and then import them on your Powerbook.
That being said, there is a much easier solution, and that would be to
simply transfer your Microsoft User Data folder (located inside your
Documents folder) to your user account's Documents folder on your Powerbook.
Note however that by doing so, you'll transfer ALL of Entourage's data
(calendar, e-mail, notes, tasks, rules, accounts, etc.), and not just the
contacts.
