*** Moving Entourage files back from another drive...

B

Bruce Patterson

I have a Mac G4 running 10.2.8. I have an internal 80 gb drive and an
external Lacie 120 gb drive. I needed space so I moved my microsoft
entourage and user data from my main drive to my external drive. I
have now recovered the space, if I move the entourage files back, how
do I view all the previous emails that were on the account?

I'm desperate to find that answer to this question!!!

If you have put the files back int he same place, entourage should find them
when it starts up again.

Make sure that the MUD folder is in the user's documents folder, and that
the name is correct - it must be named precisely "Microsoft User Data"
(without the quotes).

If entourage still can't see your original identity, choose 'switch
identity' from the entourage menu and see if your old identity is listed
there.
