Moving Entourage Private folder to Exchange account

I was using Entourage 2004 as a pop3 client and now connecting to an
Exchange server, without pop3 access.

Does any one know how to move all my content to my Exchange account,
calendar items, contacts and emails?

You can select all the contacts and emails to the destination you want
using the Move command in the contextual menu. Select them all and
right-click them.

Events are a little mroe tricky: Use a custom view to list all the
events and right click them. You can then chose to move them to wherever
you want.
