Explain "file." If it's a message, then drag to the folder window.

Only .msg file drag and drop is supported..
Even though outlook supports, Entourage does not support drag and drop of any other format files...

A messages is a .eml file extension.

Yeah.. u r correct... Only .eml file extension is supported... I confused it with window's mail format ".msg"
