Moving from Entourage 2004 to Exchange/Outlook 2003

I've been searching all over and have not found any reliable steps or
utilities to help in this process.

We have a few Mac users who will be switching from Mac/Entourage 2004
to Windows XP/Outlook 2003.

Does anyone have any proven steps to accomplish this? We want to
migrate the user's mail, contacts, calendar and tasks to our Exchange
2003 server. Until now they've been storing all their emails locally
and using POP3. I didn't set it up that way, but it's how it is.

Any assistance or ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Josh

Couldn't they connect to the Exchange server from Entourage 2004 to make
sure all their data is sent there??

They can, but it's the process of transferring the data that I am
unsure on how to do.

I think I can just create an Exchange account in their Identity and
then copy their data to the Exchange account but I wasn't sure if there
were any limitations to that.

Thanks,

Josh

That's the way to do it. Just create an exchange account, then drag
messages/events etc from the local folders to the exchange folders.

The limitation will be the size of their Exchange account ;-)
