moving from WinXp Outlook 2 entourage X

Hi, a collegue off mine wants to make the move from WinXp to Apple
MacOS X but the only thing that hinders him is the following:

How do i migrate his WHOLE Outlook XP data to Entourage for MacOS X?

I want to migrate not only the contacts but also the email (including
the attachements) and the Callender!

PLZ Help!

Outlook2Mac utility. Its cool and worked for me
