How can I simply move items from my inbox to folders on my computer by dragging and not having to Command-Click-Drag? On Outlook, this function works simply by dragging. But if you do this in Entourage, it creates a copy and doesn't move the item out of the inbox. I don't want to have to press Command and then drag. Any suggestions?

Command-drag, or Message > Move To, are your only options. If you do it
often enough, it becomes second nature.

If you do this routinely, consider a Rule.

You won't be able to change the drag-n-drop behavior. That will always
require holding the Command key.

However, you can can create an Exchange rule and disable it but run it
manually. Try this:

1. Go to Tools --> Rules... and click the Exchange tab.
2. Create a new Exchange rule and name it "Move to 'folder'" where
'folder' is the specific destination folder.
3. Set Criterion to "All Messages".
4. Set Action to "Move Message" to your destination folder.
5. UNcheck the Enabled option. You don't want this rule to run
automatically.
6. Click the OK button to save your rule.

Now, for any one or more messages in your Exchange account that you want
to move, select them, right-click (or Control-click) and select Apply
Rule --> Move to 'folder'.

Create more Exchange rules for other folders On My Computer.

Hope this helps!
