Moving Mail From Inbox to Personal Folders

When I "move" mail from my inbox to my Personal folders inside
Entourage it actually copies them.
Which means I must delete the original from my inbox (often confusing
- did it copy - did I remember to delete it, etc.). Is there a
setting that allows me to actually move them?

An AppleScript could do this, but there's no way to do it in the UI. Sorry.

Select the message, and then click the "Move" toolbar button. Select the
folder you want to move the message to. Then, next time, select the
message, click the small triangle next to the "Move" toolbar button, and
click the folder name you want to move the message to from the drop-down
list.
