Moving Mail from Outlook (Win) to Entourage

I'm trying to use my powerbook rather than my win pc here at work.
Unfortunately, I am not able to get enough assistance from our network
admin to get it connected via exchange. I have it currently setup as
an IMAP account. I desperately need to get all of my emails (put in
subfolders) onto the powerbook, but am clueless as to how to do it.
Any advice?

Exchange needs to be at least Exchange 2000, 5.5 won't work. Then
Exchange needs to have LDAP and IMAP enabled.

Not exactly.
Mail goes through either IMAP (Entourage X) or WebDAV aka Webmail
(Entourage 2004).

Address book and calendar are synched through WebDAV.
(LDAP is for querying the global adderss book).

If you only have Exchange 5.5, you'll have to go through IMAP since the
WebDAV sync won't work. You won't be able to get the address book and
calendar through the server either (export and reimport ??).

With an up to date Exchange 200x, you should be fine providig the
services are enabled.
