moving messages from public folders and out of Outlook

I receive lots of worksheets as attachments into one email folder. I have
set up a rule to move them to a public folder where everyone can view them.
I now need to open each attachment and send them to four different
departments so they can work on them and attach them to the customers job
file on another programme. Ideally I would like to set up a macro that would
move different coloured flagged emails with attachments to individuals
folders created under my docs.

A shorter way would be to open the attach letters within the other programme
and point it towards the public folder but can't find the path to do this.

Any suggestions please.
