Moving msgs from Outlook Express?

Come on there must be a way.

Ive got my old Outlook Express running in the VM Fusion virtual windows
platform, but I am now using Entourage as my mail program within the OS X
environment. I want to bring the old messages into the new program. I cant
believe all the help files say it cant be done. Since when is something as
simple as this impossible?
