Moving PDL from Contacts to another list

I have created a distribution list in my Contact list. How do I move it from
Contact to another list? I could always re-create it but would like to avoid
all the typing.

Version of Outlook? Is the second list also in outlook?

Microsoft Office 2003.

In my business environment there is a Global Address List created that has
the all company contacts plus many PDLs. I created PDL in Outlook Address
Book/Contacts. I would like to move it to the Global Address List.

you'll need to ask your exchange admin to create it in the GAL.
