mpEG IMPORTING

I have imported an mpeg into a powerpoint presentation. I want to overlay a
picture on the movie. The problem is when the movie starts, it sends the
overlay to the back. Is there any way to resolve this???

Simple answer, no.
Only the mouse pointer can go on top of video playback in PowerPoint.
