MPEG2(DVD) into Slide

Need to put higher quality video eg MPEG2 from DVD
into ppt2003 slide. Runs MPEG1 fine but low quality.
Anyone know of a plug in that allows this?

MPEG2 is a licensed technology. You must have an MPEG codec installed to
play that type of file. These can be purchased (just search MS site for
mpeg2 codec) or come with DVD player software like PowerDVD or WinDvd.

I think http://www.elecard.com is what Adam Crowley often recommends for
MPEG2 codecs, too.
