MPEG4 files in PowerPoint

Hi - can anyone help please? I have a new digital camera that records MPEG4
- I want to insert this in PowerPoint but I want it to run automatically when
I go to the slide (using 2000) and not have to click on the icon to run it.
Any suggestions?

ps - am restricted with what programs I can download from Internet and using
on a work server.
