Can a Graphic IT Designer please please please design some more interesting
but still professional looking front cover pages for Business Plans tht can
be drafted by Creative freelancers, or perhaps introduce some more with
creative freelancers / People that work in the Creative Industries in mind?

If you think you can design a more interesting blah blah blah
template, go right ahead.

Why not apply your own design skills and modify one of the existing
templates so it better satisfies what you want?

Not to knock your suggestion that the business plan templates could use some
work, but the goal of most of the templates is to be generic enough to be
useful for a wide variety of uses.

Seems to me that the "People that work in the Creative Industries"
should be capable of doing just that!
