mround function: is there a download for Excel 2002?

A colleage has Excel2003 which contains a function "=mround".

How do I get that into Excel2002?

Tools>Add-ins, check Analysis Toolpak

MROUND is one of the functions in the Analysis Tool Pak add-in.
Go to your Tools menu, choose Add-Ins, and put a check next to
"Analysis ToolPak". If this doesn't appear on the list, insert
your Office CD, run Setup, Add or Remove Components, and select
Add-Ins in the Excel section.
