MS 2008 PRINTS 'EXTRA LETTER' - HELP!

When printing envelopes, labels, and sometimes documents, there's an 'extra'
letter at the bottom - no particular letter - sometimes an 'E' or an 'M'.
Really strange. I can't figure it out. Yet I do not see it on the monitor,
so I can't get rid of it. Even if I click and drag to 'delete' anything
after the text, it still shows up. Any ideas? Thank you!

You say MS 2008, which would imply that you are using a Mac. There is a
group for them, microsoft.public.mac.office, I suggest you give them a try.
