MS Access SP3 problems

One of our NT 4.0 Terminal servers is running Citrix
metaframe. I applied the SP3 patch to access 2000 and now
everyonce and awhile users logged into citrix can not run
access. I am wondering if there is a way for me to remove
SP3 to resolve the problem?
