MVPs Diane Poremsky and Vince Averello got a hack of it to work with Outlook
2002 but I don't know if it will work in 2003:

Doesn't work.........Outlook 2003 doesn't have a "MAPI"
File it uses MSMAPI. I tried adding the code to that and
I keep getting "object can't be found errors".

Thanks anyway, I'll keep looking or start shopping for
some sort of workgroup mail server.

Check on google for some low cost or free mailservers. It is probably best
since MSMail never supported the special folders anyway.
