MS Office 2003 Applications -- Dislike Rounded Toolbars

Hello,

Is there any way to get rid of the rounded look to the toolbars in Word
and Excel in MS Office 2003? I like the flat look much better. I found
the icons easier to see. I have selected "Classic" in my Display
settings. Is there something that controls the looks within Word and
Excel?

I'm not aware of any. Except the window's color by changing the style in
Windows XP.
