MS office Pic Manager has no thumb veiw in folder

When I click veiw/ thumbnails, I get MS logo w/ no pics on thumb views. this
is in the folder veiw. If I open MS program I can view the thumbs but I want
veiw thumbs in the folder all at once. This was operational before I changed
the PIC program I just cant remember which Program it was. Maybe paint pro
hmmmm any help?

Pretty tough for us to guess what Image editing program your installed
on your PC. But once you disable it from being the default handler of
your images, Open Picture Manager, Tools, File types and set it on for
the ones you want.
