MS Office Test Drive

I got a new Mac and set up my email in the Microsoft Office Test Drive
that came witht he computer. Before it expired I went out and bought
the Student and Teacher Edition of MS Office and installed it. I
deleted the Test Drive verion. But now when I launch Entourage it says
it cant read the identities folder. I know that the Microsoft User
Data folder is there and is the one from the Test Drive verion but how
do I get that info to the new version I have?
I tried moving the Microsoft User Data folder out of the documents
folder so the new verion of entourage would create a new one, then
tried to import the identity from the original but it wont import
because it is not one of the formats that are importable...? HELP?

Here is what I believe you should try:
use the uninstaller to properly uninstal Office. Then re-install it from
scratch. It should correct the problem.

MS has instructions on removing the Test Drive here:

<http://www.microsoft.com/mac/support.aspx?pid=bulletin>

Is the test drive Identity folder in the Office 2004 Identities folder along
with your "Main" Identity? If both Identities are in this folder you should
be able to Switch Identities to access mail for export.

Under Entourage in the Menu, select Switch Identities. This will allow you
to open the test drive Identity unless you have moved it. Export the data
under File. Entourage creates an .rge file that can be imported into
Entourage. Switch back to your "Main" identity and Import the .rge file into
Entourage.
