I am having problems installing my copy of Microsoft
Office XP Pro with FrontPage V 2002,
It halts during setup with the error message; setup can
not read file c:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft
Shared\web components\10\1033\owcba10.chm. Chek your
connection to the network, or CD-Rom Drive. For other
potential solutions to this problem, see
D:\FILES\PFILES\MSOFFICE\OFFICE10\1033\SETUP.HLP It then
gives me a retry or cancel.
This disk is a genuine MS disk and has work in the past,
with similar problems but us lay works, their is no
scratches or marks on the disk. I have tried the MS
TechNet site, but when i enter my product key it says its
to long and to try again. Can any one please, please help?
my email address is (e-mail address removed)

UK.Tel. 07092 248 000 Opt 1. If Out side the UK Please
call +44 (0)7092 248 000
Please note the above telephone numbers are not mobile
numbers, and as such will not receive SMS (Text Messages)
sent to them; even if your provider advises message sent,
this dose not mean message received

With Many Thanks
Mr.. Stephen Johnston

Had a similar problem installing Office XP.
I simply searched other PC's HDD's for the offending file, copied it to the requisite folder, and continued.
