I am new to this forum and this is my first question.
I am facing a problem with Outllok 2003. I have created a signature and
added it to use for forwards and replies. Using MS word 2003 it was edited
and formatted the signature.
Some time when I reply or forward any mail, the signature converting to a
big paragraph of ASCII (junk) characters. If I close and open outlook it
works but happens the same problem again after some time.
I checked all optins under mail format. I have set HTML in Compose message
in this format. Even if I change to RTC or plain text no use. One strange
thing I noticed is both options (enable or disable) 'Use MS Office Word 2003
to edit e-mail message' and 'Use MS Office Word 2003 to read rich text
e-mail message' are faded, ie., I cannot enable or disable this at all for
both options HTML or Rich Text.
I tried all options but of no use.
Please help me to solve this problem.
