MS Outlook calendar and calendar sharing

I have sharing software so that I am able to see and edit my boss's
calendar.. today and future appts no longer appear but past appts are now
taking up the entire screen.
what have I done wrong?

There's no way to say, with as few details as you've posted. You don't even
say what version of Outlook you're using, what the "sharing software" is,
and what view you're seeing on your screen.
