Hi,
I wanted to know how can I write data on Project file. I need to read data
from Oracle database and update a project file. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

There is a file delivered with Project called projdb.htm which provides
all details of the data file. It's not simple. Be prepared to spend
time/money getting it right.
