MS Project 2003 should allow me to compare actual to Baseline1

How can I compare actual progress to Baseline1 saved in MS Project 2003?

View, More Views
Copy the Tracking Gantt chart and call it Tracking Baseline1
OK, Apply
Format, Bar Styles
Edit the Baseline style to use Baseline1 dates
OK

This view should now do what you want.
