MS Project Pro connection error

Please help

After project server accounts has been created. Project
Pro2002 client failed connect to server.
Web access and collaboration is working fine

Here is error:
MS project server encounter a problem with this error
code: 9456. Please contact your server administrator.

Click Ok then:

Ms project wa unable to establish a connection with the
selected MS Project server. This coulbe cause by a loss of
network connectivity, invalid username or password..etc..
or your microsoft Project server may not have enterprise
features enabled.

Event log:error

Component: PDS
Line: 0
Error Number: 0x24f0
Description: CDataAccess.ConvertProjIDsToWProjIDs; 48 :
Error in loading DLL
