MS Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error

When loading MS Outlook 2000, I recieve a runtime error
that points to Program: c:\prog..files\microsoft
office\office10\outlook.exe. I reviewed the knowledge
database and it tells me to remove an add-in if I am
running McAfee, which I am not. After failing once,
Outlook loads fine. Please help!
