MS Word 2003 - How to change the color of a reviewer's markups?

Question 1

We have several reviewers in our office, and I would like to make it such
that, for example, Sally The Reviewer's markups always appear in green, and
John The Reviewer's markups always appear in red, etc.

This way it will be very quick to see if a comment came from Sally or from
John.

Question 2 in case Question 1 is not do-able

Is there a way I can manually change the color of markups by person so that
when I open a document I can manually change it so that Sally's markups come
in green and John's in red?

Much thanks.

Names have been changed to protect the ignorant.

Unfortunately, if you choose By Author, you get a different color for each
reviewer, but they will not be consistent from one system to the next. Since
every change/comment is also marked with the reviewer's name or initials,
you can still tell who is who.
