Are you sure it is the ISP blocking the port? It may be
people following Microsfts own advisory to block the port
using "Internet connection firewall". The two ISP that I
have personal knowledge of have not blocked this port
specificaly because of issues like this. Of course they
are both Linux/Unix served sites. Enough complaints from
your users should allow this to be resolved quickly with
any ISP that wants to stay in business. Besides even if
the ISP is an NT based system the proper patches on their
servers should make this a minor issue at best.
