Msiingf sebt items in "Sent Items" folder

I've noted many messages noting a problem I've recently had, sent items not appearing in the "Sent Items"folder although the "Save sent Items was checked" My soultion turned out to be simple. Check the system date. I had erroneously changed the date. In my case from Dec to April. sS the sent items didn'e show up where espected, but if I went down to April on the list, there they were!
