msmsgs.exe is using 98% resources???

Whats up with that? It seems to start at random. The computer wont work
right if I end task in task manager. I just did a clean install 2 weeks ago.
Not sure what the deal is and I thought I would shoot this in cyber space
before reinstalling office. Please advise. Thank you

This newsgroup is for questions about Microsoft Office.
msmsgs.exe is a Windows function and has nothing to do with
Microsoft Office.
