how do i download my msn.com email address to entourage 2008? I follow the instructions but it comes up with error message.

I tried to add the account, and recvd the following error message
HTTP error: Access to the resource is forbidden
Explanation
the windows live hotmail folder list could not be recivd.

Hi,

Thanks for this reply. I followed the instructions in the article but I recvd the following error message:
Error
Entourage cannot find the server verify the server information is entered correctly in the account settings and that your DNS settings in the network pane of system preferences are correct.
Explanation
Could not retrieve mail.

Any other suggestions gratefully received.

I also checked "Override default POP port 995", but when saved it shows as unchecked.

Glad it's working for you. Account setup is often troublesome getting the
correct settings.
